Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return, unless faulty.
4. Orders, Payments & Pricing

Any artwork submitted by customers remains their property, and GraviFox will only use it for the purpose of fulfilling the order unless permission is granted otherwise.
