1. Use Of The Website

By accessing or using the GraviFox website, you agree that:

• You will use the site only for lawful purposes.

• You will not engage in fraud, misuse, or unauthorised access.

• We may restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

2. Product Information

While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, you acknowledge that:

• Colours, textures, and finishes may differ slightly due to screen display differences and natural variations in materials.

• Laser cutting and engraving may produce minor variations from product to product.

• All item dimensions, materials, and descriptions are provided in good faith.

3. Custom & Personalised Orders

If you submit artwork, text, or design files to be engraved or cut:

• You confirm you own the rights to use the design or have explicit permission.

• You grant GraviFox permission to reproduce the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

• We may decline any design that is offensive, inappropriate, or infringes copyright.

• Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return, unless faulty.

4. Orders, Payments & Pricing

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We may update pricing at any time without notice.

• Full payment is required before production begins.

• Orders are subject to acceptance — if an error or issue occurs, we may decline or cancel an order and issue a refund.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

• We ship within the United Kingdom using recognised courier services.

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

• Once dispatched, delays caused by couriers are beyond our control.

• If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours, providing photos of the packaging and product.

• Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

6.1 Standard (Non-Custom) Products

You may return unused, non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 

6.2 Custom or Personalised Products

These items are exempt from the right of return, cancellation or refund unless:

• the item is faulty,

• the item arrives damaged,

• or we made an error during production.

6.3 Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the GraviFox website — including logos, product images, text descriptions, graphics, and design layouts — is the intellectual property of GraviFox and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission.

Any artwork submitted by customers remains their property, and GraviFox will only use it for the purpose of fulfilling the order unless permission is granted otherwise.

8. Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by UK law:

• We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or modifications of the product after delivery.

• Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

• We are not responsible for losses caused by delays outside our control (e.g., courier issues, supply-chain delays).

Nothing in these T&C excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by UK law.

By placing an order, you consent to the collection of personal data required to process your purchase.
