OUR PRODUCTS – MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY
All GraviFox products are made to order.
This means that every item is manufactured specifically after an order is placed — even if the item is not personalised with names or custom text.
Because we only produce items on demand and do not hold stock, all orders are treated as custom-made goods under UK law.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to:
“goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.”
Made-to-order items fall under this exemption because they cannot be resold once returned.
Therefore, all GraviFox products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty.
REFUND POLICY
Non-Refundable Items
Since every item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
change of mind
ordering the wrong size, colour, or material
no longer wanting the item
realising the item is not needed after purchase
This applies to all products, including non-personalised ones, as they are still produced individually per order.
Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Items
You are entitled to a refund or replacement only if:
the product arrives damaged,
the wrong item was produced or sent,
or the item has a clear manufacturing defect.
If this occurs, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing:
your order number
photos of the item
a description of the issue
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
CANCELLATIONS
Because all GraviFox products are made to order and production often begins immediately after an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the order has been submitted.
When your order is received, the materials, preparation, laser-cutting and engraving processes may begin right away.
For this reason:
No cancellations, changes, or order modifications are possible after checkout.
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started.

Processing begins once payment is received and the order details are confirmed.

We use reliable UK couriers such as Royal Mail or Evri.
