For safe delivery, the clock hands are not pre-installed on the clock itself. Instead, they are securely packed inside the parcel to prevent any damage during transit. Upon receipt, the hands must be mounted onto the clock mechanism. This is a very simple process that takes approximately 20 seconds and requires no special tools or knowledge.
